As a follow on from Alan Budge's story, as one of the 3 children referenced, along with my two brothers Paul and Colin, we are the highly fortunate ones for whom Vivienne and Peter assumed the role of "Grandparents".

As an outcome of this we, in turn, also enjoy and value a very close relationship with Dad's surrogate brothers, Michael and Mark.

In reviewing the photos posted by others in the picture gallery, I am reminded of so many memories from a very young age of both Vivienne's and Peter's immense investment of time, attention and love for the 3 of us. And they equally invested the same in our families as we grew up, married and had our own children, as evident in these photos shared. 

On behalf of our little Hills family, Paul, Michael and I offer our sincere and deep condolences to Michael and Mark and their families (our family) in your loss of our dearest Peter. 

Peter, you will forever be in my heart and in my memories.
